Food and Drinks at Cherry Street

In all of our operations, we are proud to support and source from local businesses. We actively seek out BIPOC-, woman-, and queer-owned vendors who grow quality ingredients and make products we love and hope you will too.  Learn more about our drink and food options at the Cherry Street location below.

Sip & Sup

At all of our locations, enjoy award-winning beers, our crisp and piney zero-proof hop water, and a kick-in-the-pants nitro cold brew made with coffee sourced from a rotation of local BIPOC roasters.

At Cherry Street, there’s even more to love. We also serve Yonder Cider and other beverages for the beer-uninclined. Visit our Beer and Not Beer pages to learn more about our delectable house-made MBC brews.

Our food menu is curated and updated weekly by Chef Harold of Umami Kushi, a fusion Japanese street food joint. We are proud to offer a variety of plated pans—lightly fried, stuffed dough. Pair a pan with a bag of homemade chips and dip them in a number of unique sauces. A rotation of scrumptious pans, sandwiches, Philly-style pretzels, chips, and potato salad is offered daily until sold out. Hurry in!

Umami Kushi

Our goal is to bring you the very best of what the Pacific Northwest—and the great people in it—have to offer. We're lucky to have a partner in Chef Harold, the mastermind behind Umami Kushi. Chef Harold derived inspiration for his lightly-fried, stuffed pans and sugar-powdered beignets on his travels to Japan and New Orleans.

Chef is onsite at Cherry St., baking his goods and creating recipes that complement our beer. His pans are filled with chicken, pork, or vegetables. And his beignets (seasonal offering) are paired with homemade jams. We’re excited for you to experience the combined creativity of MBC and Umami Kushi.
