MBC x Lil Woody’s burger collab: The Philly Jawn

This collaboration has been years in the making, and we’re beyond pumped to announce The Philly Jawn as the Lil Woody’s burger of the week in celebration of National Beer Day on April 7!
Rodney’s recipe is a Philly cheesesteak-inspired burger on a Franz Bakery hoagie with sauteed steak and bell peppers, a delicious provolone cheese sauce, hand-cut fries (optional, of course!), and onions braised in MBC’s Black Stripe Coconut Porter. Pair it with our Central Calling IPA for the West Philly x West Coast flavor mashup you need in your life (like, ASAP)!
