About Trevor Ford:
Trevor hails from the picturesque town of Bend, Oregon. He has been a force in the performing arts since his early days. With a foundation built under the guidance of Ken Walker at the Lamont School of Music in Denver, CO, Trevor’s journey through the world of jazz has been nothing short of exciting and broad. His accolades include numerous awards and honors, with a notable second-place finish in the prestigious Ron Carter Jazz Bassist competition.

Trevor’s career has seen him perform in Denver, Boston, and now Seattle, both as a sideman and a bandleader. His impressive resume has seen him share the stage with jazz luminaries such as Orrin Evans, Anat Cohen, and the Seattle Repertory Jazz Orchestra, as well as Reggie Watkins, Roger Humphries, Thomas Marriott, and Marina Albero. Trevor’s dedication to his craft and his ability to connect with audiences have solidified him as one of the PNW’s great jazz bassists.
