Brewer’s Dinner at Steelheads Alley: Chef Sabrina Tinsley

We’re excited to announce the launch of our quarterly Brewer’s Dinner Series at Steelheads Alley!

We partnered with Chef Sabrina Tinsley of La Spiga Osteria for the series kick-off this Thursday, March 23! Chef Sabrina created a delicious 4-course beer pairing dinner featuring Italian flavors and local ingredients (see menu below).

Tickets are $90 per person (plus gratuity, taxes, and fees), and a portion of the proceeds will benefit La Spiga’s Future of Diversity Program, an exciting program featuring guest chefs and artisans of color to showcase their culinary talents, delicious food and drink, and other exciting concepts at la Spiga. Spicy Rosemary Cashews (vv gf)

First Course paired with Belgian Dubbel
Carpaccio di Barbabietola (v gf)
Roasted beet carpaccio with orange citronette, arugula emulsion, taggiasca olives and formaggio di fossa crema

Second Course paired with Kolsch

Shredded pork shank on tigelle smothered in (insert beer name) beer gravy with balsamic mustard onions and sauteed escarole
