Bright and refreshing with notes of lemon zest, this Berliner Weisse is brewed with German Pilsner and Pacific Northwest Wheat and kettle soured with lactobacillus. Offered on its own, or enjoy it “mit Schuss” for himbeer (raspberry syrup) or waldmeister (woodruff syrup).
