Lady A has been a Pacific NW favorite for 20+ years in the business.  Nationally and Internationally known, Lady A has a high-energy show that has been compared to the likes of “Tina Turner” and “Chaka Khan” ~  a smile that easily draws the audience in with her sultry-husky voice and contemporary blues-funk style. And like a good pot-a-gumbo, Lady A is best served HOT!

A woman of many talents, Lady A serves as Chair on the Board, vocal coach, and mentor in the Rhapsody Music project for Americana, Folk and Blues, teaching students to discover their heritage and culture through an anti-racist lens. She’s also a mentor and teacher for elementary school children via the Blues in the Schools program, a Race & Social Justice facilitator at her alma mater, Lincoln High School, and a Touring Artist, Producer, Vocalist, Community Activist, Storyteller, Songwriter. Lady A has truly lived up to her moniker as “The Hardest Workin’ Woman in  Blues, Soul, Funk & Gospel”  ladyababyblues.com
